Rsum

Sometimes the sociologist makes think of this man who announces that the subway will arrive but which does not know in how long. The subway always ends up arriving... Does the historian, never know if the subway will pass by again, in fact to him the last time knows, that one will have seen it passing? As for the astrologer, with the direction where hear we it, it must have the schedules. Our approach will have in particular led to disenclose the question of the bases of astrology by relativizing the question of the contents of information to the profit of that of its vehicle. There is nothing to repeat so that one is interested, for example, with the passage of a comet if that made direction socially since one is not interested in the question in the way in which this one is likely to act differently than on the spirits. That this knowledge on the passage of comet is diffused gradually, in a way or of another - as well by the means of the text, the word, of such or such media, as by other ways still to be determined and invent, such is the stake and not not the question of the interest of the men for comets.
